Terms, Privacy & Return Policies

Terms:

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the information, colours and images of our products that appear online.  However, colours may vary slightly in real life. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Privacy:

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with an order confirmation). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you.

Returns Policy:

All our Sales are Final.

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless goods are faulty.

Goods that are proven to be FAULTY will receive a full refund. We are happy to replace faulty stock, where possible, upon request.  The Customer will incur any SHIPPING COSTS for items that are returned. We request that all items are shipped back to us via Express Post. We further take no responsibility for the loss of goods in transit.  Once goods have been returned and deemed faulty, we will process a full refund including the original shipping costs within 4-5 working days of us receiving the goods back.

All request for refunds on faulty goods needs to be in writing,  please email [email protected]
within 7days of receipt of goods to receive authorisation for your return. Refunds will not be processed without prior authorisation.   A return address will be supplied via email
